Legal or Other help required

Towards the end of 1998 I bought a condo from Primetown in Makati (still in business). Due to the economic crises this condo was never built. I had to engage a lawyer to try to retrieve the odd one MIO Pesos paid in the meantime.
After 3 years in which the case was repeatedly postponed by the court, the lawyer (regularly paid)suddenly resigned due to "busy elsewhere".
Question: Anyone knows of a lawyer who can do it for no cure - no pay? Or other advise. ("To forget it" - already known).
