Hi...We have almost just finished building our apartments in Imus Cavite
which is 35 mins from Manila airport..
We have 1 and 2 bed units in a safe and peaceful sub div..
The prices for a 1 bed ,shower,kitchin,livingroom etc is P4,500 per month ($85.00)..Very near local shopping malls (5 minute walk) and my family that live in the building will be more that happy to assist inexperienced expats in any way..
We have 2 expat tennents as of now..A canadian and Jamaican..
