Moving-in Manila

Hi Guys,

I am Aaron, a property consultant. I have read many expats who wants to live here in the Philippines. I just want to say that cost of living here is low. If you want a neutral way of living, you can see yourself spending $350 or below for your family needs. If you want a more hyper lifestyle, you can add $200 in your budget. If you want to invest in a property here, you should have atleast $1000 a month. I have helped lots of foreigner who wants to invest in a property and live in a safer side of Manila. So, don't be afraid to move-in here.
