Can U.S. Vets Get Federal Medical Program Care In Cebu or something comparable?

Hi, I am a Veteran rated at 100% service connected. I have moved to Cebu. I know that there is no V.A. medical care facilities for vets in this area of the Philippines. I have not made my intake registration appointment with the V.A. yet either but I will soon. Can someone tell me if there are medical centers on Mactan Island or in Cebu area where vets go when they need medical attention? I will submit my FMP claim forms once I pay a hospital for care but I want to know if there is a center the V.A. recommends vets to use here where I live. Once again, I know there is no a V.A. medical center here in Cebu. Will the V.A. give me a list of doctors I can use and then submit my FMP claims after I pay the center or private doctor? Once again, I am rated at 100% service connected TBI, amputee, PTSD. I just want to know if there is such a list of doctors or medical centers to use in the area of Cebu.
