STAY OUT OF UNSAFE AREAS

My Pinay keeps us away from the radical Muslims, and *NPA, AKA no permanent
address Cebu with many I urge caution. in this country keep a low profile
do not flaunt your wealth if you have any. An NPA rebel comes knocking on
your door asking for money for protection. Not a good plan to comply. &
dubious plan to shoo them away. just avoid these types & areas where they
hang out. they live in the jungle in cave man fashion. I have my own
methods but won't post publically., I was a Marine Vet in VietNam war in
