Just arrived back fom the States with my hubby and his Non Quota Visa. We are planning to go to the BI ASAP to get his ACR card application--the Immigration Officer at the airport repeatedly (5x) told my husband he has to go for his ACR card within the week. Lots of questions with the process--first of all, is it all cash basis or is cc ok? Reason is we may not be able to get to the bank before we leave for Manila on Monday. Providing we have the pictures, photocopies of his passport/etc, the application form, the envelope with all the forms he received from the Phil Consulate in the US, is there anything else they may ask for? How long is the usual physical waiting-in-line process in the BI itself if we get there on a Monday? When can we expect the card to be available n do we have to go back to the BI to pick it up?
