Internet Choices in Cavite

My girl friend bought a townhouse for her mother and daughter in Cavite. She signed up with Pldt, one of two Internet companies serving Cavite. She soon learned, however, that her 1,000 pesos/month is essentially worthless, since she only gets 5 mb for the the entire month! That lasts her daughter 1-2 days and now she's locked into a year contract. The other company, Smart bro, is even worse. Anyone know of other, better options for her daughter, who needs home Internet for her school(she's 11)?
