Hi all I am an Aussie living in Siquijor and I need to buy a car. I have my heart set on an OTJ because they look cool in stainless and style. Well I've decided to make the trek to Manila to buy new- nothing around here and don't want the complication of trying to register something second-hand. Anyway, can anyone please give me some tips/ advice on what to look out for/ be aware of when purchasing an OTJ? Thanks in advance!
