Resident/Work Visa

Hi all. I am flying to Doha this weekend to wrap up final interviews and hopefully walk away with an offer. What are the requirements for a work/resident visa? I am assuming sponsership, blood test, xray and fingerprinting? Anything else?

Any news on the housing in Doha, still a shortage? Thanks!!
