Hello, everyone, I'm a businessman who has just arrived in Ukraine and I want to set up my company here. I've learnt that any foreigner in Ukraine must have a tax ID in Ukraine so as to carry out any kind of legal activity here. Unfortunately I speak only a little Russian and Ukrainian, so I guess I need a local agent (plus a layer, a Ukrainian translation firm and a credible notarian) who can help me through it. So my questions are:
(1) Any recommendation of local tax ID agent with good reputation in Kiev?
(2) Where can I find a good laywer, Ukrainian tranlation firm and a credible notarian?
(3) Do I need to hand in my passport to the local tax ID agent and let them keep it during the entire application procedure even if I may need to present my passport in some other occasions in the meanwhile?
(4) Any sample of the application form?
