Looking to move to Uruguay this year. We would like to have a basic checking and savings account w/debit card.
1. Can I open a bank account remotely from USA beforehand?
2. Recommend a good bank to work with?
3. Minimum balances required?
4. Documents needed to open account? (US documents and/or Uruguayan documents)
