Quarantine for pets

Hi
I'm planning a move from Thailand to Caracas in August. I would like to know if there is any quarantine for pets on arrival? I have a puppy who will be 11 months old and a kitten who will be over a year old. I've found out about vaccinations etc but can't find any information on quarantine.
