Halloween Festivities

Hello,
I'm living in the south of the island with my Native born husband. I know that Saint Lucia doesn't really celebrate Halloween, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any Halloween or Holiday festivities most likely going on in the North of the Island? I have a four year old daughter, and we're from America. If anyone knows of upcoming holiday celebrations, please inform me, as down south, we don't get out much,
