Hello, I'm looking for medical care for a back and leg issue and seem to have gone through a round doctors and physiotherapists, who say that the issue is not very serious and that exercise will make it better. I have tried, it doesn't get better, so I'm looking for a new opinion, a new set of eyes. Ideally someone who speaks English and can help me navigate the practical aspects of the treatment as well.
