How do most children get to school everyday? (bus, train, walk, etc.)

School bus or car (parents or driver). Unless you live across the street from them, nobody really walks to the school.

How would you describe the facilities at this school? What extra-curricular activities are available?

Good facilities overall (gyms, swimming pool, labs, etc), though some need a facelift (the arts labs). The school itself is well maintained. Lots of various extra-curricular activities, including athletic (volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, track & field, etc) and non-athletic (MUN, NHS, Debate & Forensics, etc).

What has this school done to help your child transition from the curriculum in your home country into the curriculum in your new country? Are there programs to prepare your child for repatriation?

No official program, though some faculty members are more forgiving than others. They do offer ESL (English as Second Language). No official repatriation program, though most students do fine once they return back home.

How would you describe the social activities available for parents through this school? Are there parent-teacher organizations?

There is an unofficial PTO, which does get involved with the school for certain fund-raising activities. But no real "social activities" for parents to meet and become friends.

What advice would you give to someone considering enrolling their child in this school?

One of the few good American curriculum schools in Kuwait. If you want your kids in that system, this school should be in the shortlist.
