An Expat Talks about Moving to Mazatlan, Mexico

Submitted by ResearchTeam

What is the name of the city or town that you are reporting on?

Mazatlan

Name three things that you wish you had brought and three you wish you had left at home.

When moving to Mazatlan, it is important to pack lightweight, comfortable clothing for the hot weather. Bring sunscreen, insect repellent and hats to protect yourself from the sun and bugs. It is also a good idea to bring swimwear for time spent on the beach. Basic medical supplies should be packed just in case, as well as any necessary prescription medications. Make sure to also pack sunglasses, comfortable walking shoes, your passport and any other important documents.
