Process for Obtaining a Local Driver's License in Namibia

• Eligibility: The applicant must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid foreign driver's license.
• Documentation:
  • Valid original foreign driver's license
  • Certified copy of the foreign driver's license (if not in English, a certified translation or IDP is required)
  • Valid passport and a copy of the passport
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs
