"Currently living in England, I'm 48 and missed the boat to get a 25 year mortgage. So looking to get a 15 year mortgage and purchase a house in bulgaria. Rent it out till retirement and escape to the sun in later years... the problem I'm having is the property's I'm looking at are between 35k-45k. Lenders don't want to deal with such small amounts so maybe I need a bulgarian mortgage. I also understand if I wanted a villa, I need to register a business and business owns the house. Any advice would be greatly appreciated." - Jdneilson
