Retiring abroad.

Hello there,
I intend to retire in Egypt(currently US citizen, living and working in USA) and I need some advice regarding the way one can get his SS money while being a resident of that country.
I mean, how can I arrange in the States in order not to lose my SS money.
Anyone in that situation could share his/her experiences regarding this issue?
