i am a researcher from india,( english speaking). i am very keen to study the language politics in kazakhastan and so have decided to visit the place for a field study.
1. do you think its difficult for an english speaking student to do her research without noing russian or kazak?
2. what exactly do you think about the language issue in kazakhastan is? as i need to mend my objectives
3. what is the most suitable area to do the research?
