I am looking for a flat mate to share my beautiful 3 BHK (fully furnished) located on Ndemi Road, Lavington (near "The Language Center"). My current room mate is moving out in mid of August and the room will be available from 15 August onwards.

The house is tidy and clean (with wooden flooring), located in a quiet and green neighborhood and within close proximity to Nakumatt Junction, Yaya center, Nakumatt Prestige, reputed banks/ATM's,Indian/Chinese/Ethiopian/Continental food joints, and public transport.

The rent is KSH 50,000 which includes the following amenities:

Refrigerator
Food Processor
Cooking and Eating Utensils
Microwave
Balcony
Cable TV/Zuku
LCD
High Speed Wifi Internet
Hot water
Parking
Garbage Disposal

Also, a full time assistant available (except for Sundays) for laundry,cooking and cleaning services

Electricity and water bills will be on sharing basis
