The two bedrooms are airy and spacious. It has one and a half bathrooms. The sittingroom has a relaxing atmosphere about it and a balcony. The size of the dining room is quite adequate. The kitchen is well equipped for modern cooking and has a pantry. The laundry has a washing machine. There is a small room off the laundry that can be used as home office or for storage. The apartment has power back-up and DSTV.
Monthly rent is Ksh. 110,000/- including water, electricity, WiFi, service charge and maid services. The compound has 24hrs security, electric fence and landscaped gardens.
