Hallo. I have a question about buying an apartment in Turkey.
If someone has bought an apartment direcly from the builder and made a payment plan from the beginning, then found out that it didnt work out, then trying to get a mortage from the banc but could not because the builder hasnt applied for military check for the appartment..has the builder the right to take all the money and the apartment if the payment plan is not fullfilled? Im asking for a friend whos afraid to loose it all. Does anyone has any advise to give? Thank you.
