Does anyone know where I can find good Italian bread in Managua, Leon or Granda?

Don't remember if they have Italian bread or not, but La Colonis and La Union have in house bakeries. And check out Pricemart, too.

Search online for Italian restaurants or stores, there is a lot of stuff hidden in mga, the game is finding it.

Best bread in Nicaragua, by far: Panypaz in Leon
Esquina de los Bancos, una Cuadra y Media al Este, 1ra Calle NE

I must try pan y paz next time I'm up in Leon. Til now, though, when I wanted first-rate bread in this country, I took out a bank loan and went to Pan de Vida in San Juan del Sur. If I needed to save money, I caught a flight up to Mexico, D.F., for some bolillos and some empanadas de pollo at the Pasteleria Madrid.
