Needing suggestions on how I can get my 2 - 65 lbs dogs to Cuenca

I am planning on retiring next year in Cuenca. Before I can make a total commitment, I have to figure out how I can get my dogs 1- 12 year old golden-doddle and 1- 8 year old labor-doodle to Cuenca.
I do not want to put them on an airplane underneath. I'm afraid the stress for my 12 year old would not be a good outcome. I am hoping someone knows how I can reach out to others who might have the same issues and willing to share a private plane expense and is this even a thing that is capable of being done. I currently live in Atlanta Georgia.
Any other suggestions is greatly appreciated!
