English speaking Psychologist

I have a friend coming to Manta for 6 months. He works with a therapist in the USA for his ptsd and relationship issues and would like to continue with an English-speaking therapist here. Does anyone have a contact? It is OK if in Quito or Manta, as he would be willing to go to Quito for a few in-person sessions and then continue via video conference. Thanks for your help. He would like to arrange this before he arrives at the end of January.
