Got an cozy 2bd apt for sale 87 sq. mts (850 sqft), only two blocks away from from Lake Lacar, in San Marin de los Andes, Patagonia, The place is furnished and needs nothing other than your personal touches.

Thank you for clearing that up. The owner is very distant from the cost, and very close to the Andes. A very exquisite part of the country. Look up San Martin de los Andes, Argentina, and check it out. However, the lady will check that out and confirm with absolute certainty.

Argentina has a Zona Prohibito or Forbidden Zone where Foreigners cannot directly own property. The Zone usually runs 100 - 200 miles from the coastline inward.

This doesn't mean Foreigners cannot enjoy the land, rather any ownership is evidenced by a form of Fidei Comiso or Trust.
