In the capital city of Luanda, rental prices for apartments and houses can be quite expensive, with some luxury properties costing thousands of dollars per month. Outside of the capital, housing costs tend to be lower, but still remain relatively high compared to other countries in the region," said one expat in Angola.

"The rental price for a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Angola can vary depending on the location, but generally they range from $700 to $1200 per month. For a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Angola, the monthly rental cost is typically between $850 and $2500," said one expat living in Angola.

"Most rental properties in Angola will typically come with a refrigerator and stove. Other amenities that might be included are washers and dryers, air conditioning and heating units, microwaves, and other kitchen appliances.
