Ask for recommendations from other expats or your local community. It's important to feel comfortable with your healthcare provider. Understand the cultural norms and laws in Saudi Arabia. For example, women are required to dress modestly, and this extends to maternity wear. Also, unmarried women giving birth may face legal issues, as sex outside of marriage is illegal. Prepare for the birth certificate process. In Saudi Arabia, the hospital will issue a notification of birth, which you will need to take to the local civil affairs department to obtain an official birth certificate.
