Additionally, the French emphasis on formality and etiquette, particularly in social situations, can be difficult to navigate for newcomers. Lastly, the late dining times and long meals, which are a staple of French culture, can be hard to adjust to for those from cultures with different eating habits," said a member in Bordeaux, France.
