"Expats in Ensenada often find the language barrier to be the most challenging aspect of the local culture, as not everyone speaks English and communication can be difficult. The slower pace of life can also be a challenge for those accustomed to a faster, more efficient lifestyle. Additionally, navigating the local bureaucracy can be difficult due to different procedures and regulations.
