"The cost of living in Windhoek is generally considered to be quite reasonable. Prices for basic necessities such as food, transportation, and housing are generally lower than in many other cities in the region. However, the cost of luxury items such as electronics and imported goods can be quite expensive. Additionally, the cost of utilities such as electricity and water can be quite high," remarked another expat who made the move to Windhoek, Namibia.
