"When moving to Ocho Rios, it is important to pack items that will help you adjust to the tropical climate. Pack lightweight, breathable clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and sundresses. Bring a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Don't forget to bring comfortable walking shoes for exploring the area. Bring a swimsuit and beach towel for enjoying the beautiful beaches. Be sure to pack any necessary medications and toiletries. Lastly, bring a few items that will remind you of home," remarked another expat in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
"I wish I had brought more baby toys, baby clothes and baby accessories in general. I wish I had left our winter clothes behind! Also, I haven't worn any dressy clothes, nor my high heels," said a member in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
