"In order to visit Tallinn, visitors must obtain a visa from the Estonian Embassy or Consulate in their home country. The visa application process requires applicants to submit a valid passport, a completed application form, a passport-sized photograph, and proof of sufficient funds to cover the duration of the stay. Depending on the purpose of the visit, additional documents may be required. In order to apply for residency in Tallinn, Estonia, applicants must first obtain a temporary residence permit. This permit is valid for up to five years and requires applicants to submit a valid passport, a completed application form, a passport-sized photograph, proof of sufficient funds to cover the duration of the stay, and proof of employment or study in Estonia. After five years, applicants may apply for a permanent residence permit, which requires additional documents such as proof of income, proof of health insurance, and proof of accommodation," wrote a member who made the move to Tallinn, Estonia.
