What do people like (and dislike) about Uganda?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats and global nomads what they like and dislike about living in Uganda, they replied...

"The town appears nice to visitors but it has a lot of hidden and underlying issues. I don't recommend moving and living here," remarked another expat in Jinja, Uganda.

"Expats and digital nomads living in Uganda often appreciate the country's friendly people, diverse culture, and stunning natural beauty. They also enjoy the low cost of living, which allows them to stretch their budget further. On the other hand, some expats and digital nomads may find the lack of reliable internet access and infrastructure to be a challenge. Additionally, the country's political and economic instability can be a source of concern," said a member in Uganda.
