Additionally, it is important to work with an experienced real estate attorney and/or real estate agent. This will ensure that all transactions are legally sound and that you have a clear understanding of the paperwork and process. Finally, make sure to acquire title insurance to protect your rights to the property," wrote a member who made the move to Guam.
