"To visit Guam, non-US citizens will usually need to obtain a visa from the US Embassy before traveling. The application process for a visitor's visa typically involves completing an online application form and paying a fee. Applicants will also be required to attend an in-person interview at a US Embassy and provide proof of financial stability and the purpose of their trip. To apply for a residency permit in Guam, applicants must provide proof of residency or employment and proof of income, along with other supporting documents such as a valid passport, valid driver’s license or other identification. An application must then be completed and a fee paid. Once an application is received, a background check will be conducted and if approved, a resident's permit will be issued," said a member in Guam.
