Hi,
Can we get visas for my stepchildren without written consent from their mother? We have been trying to contact her for a few months but she is not replying. We have legal documentation to take them to another Middle East country (obtained last summer).
Is the mother's permission required in Qatar (for children to live with their father)? Would another legal document be required as evidence that the mother is unreachable? Would a legal document from her brother or father saying no one can contact her and they give permission on her behalf help?
I have tried to search online but unfortunately have been able to find the info!
