Moving in 5 months to Mugla

My boyfriend and I are planning to move in March to Bodrum (for one year) and we're having the hardest time finding a home! I'm baffled and lost. We need it to accept pets, since our dog's coming with us, and we'd like it to be close to the town since neither one of us wants to rent/buy a car. It's just starting to wear me down. I need to have a place settled prior to applying for a residence permit. Can anyone suggest a rental agency or something to use?
