Working Remotely in Vietnam

Hello,
I am moving to Vietnam in May for six months. I will be working remotely for three days a week for my current company in the UK. Basically it just requires me to be 'online' for the day answering emails etc. My questions are; do I need to get a business visa to do this, considering the business I'll be doing is for a UK company and it really just needs me to be on a computer. Secondly, can anyone advise on which internet provider I should be considering? I'll be living in Danang or Hoi An. Any other tips would be much appreciated.
