Mosquito Bed Netting

Good Evening All:

I did try to find a post on this here in the archives, but was not successful.

I was curious if anyone who is currently living in Nicaragua if you suggest using mosquito bed netting?

My doctor here in the states thinks it is very important to do so? Are there some months that are more infested than others?
