Rental home (detached) near Managua

Greetings!
I could be wrong, (likely am haha) but when researching properties online, it seems as though most everything that I am seeing is relatively expensive for what one would get. Reading through the real world forums for example it seems as though many have found good long term accommodations for much less than appears online...what am I missing here?
