Sustainable off the grid community

Hello everyone.

Just start a new sustainable community 3 hours south of Santiago in Maule region, Pencahue area.

We are building 3 structures, just finished the first one and the other two are under construction.

First one is for processing organic foods, storage, wine, olive oil making and workshops related to organic and sustainability.

Second one is the club / comunity building for members and guests, commercial kitchen w. Juice-coffee-wine-tea bar, dining, flex area for workshops and living space for socializing.

Third one for small boutique hotel.

Project is fully funded and don’t need investors, we are just looking for a carpenter with the right skills to help finishing the inside of the buildings,

We can offer a small 3 bedroom cabin that needs tlc, food and transportation. Families welcome.
