Being Pregnant in Vietnam

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any thoughts about being pregnant in Vietnam- specifically in HCS? What is the medical care like for the pregnancy? What about giving birth there? Did anyone give birth there or do most people go back to their home country for that? If so, how far in advance did you go home and when did your spouse join you?
