Getting WiFi on a Private Island? And Ladyville Internet?

Hey everyone! I was just curious if any of you would know if it were possible to put wifi out on a private island? What sort of cost that would be? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Also, what about decent internet in Ladyville? I've read forums on here that say the internet is hit and miss in Belize but is that everywhere in the country. I wonder because Ladyville is so close to Belize City it might have more reliable/faster internet? Is that true or am I off base with that assumption. Looking forward to your insights and to bumping into you one of these days in Belize!
