retired couple moving to Belize

My wife and I have been researching retirement in Belize. We will both be retired by July 2019, and will need to live on around $70,000 US a year. To date we are planning a trip to get a feel of the country, and areas to live, but have lots of questions on the move.
Questions:
1- Best areas to live if your interest is intellectual based.
2- Wife like Bridge, any areas with strong Bridge groups
3- Areas close to medical facility (wife has heart issue)
4- Do you have many electric cars and is the power grid like the US or like Europe?
5- If we need to change insurance companies who do you recommend
6- Can banking be done internationally or best to bank in Belize?
7- How good is the internet?
8- I read 70 to 89 degrees temperatures, is this true? Sounds too good to be true.
9- Do you feel safe?
10- They allow one car to be imported, I wonder if better to buy new car there?
11- We are thinking of renting a 2 or 3 bed room place, condo, house, or town house to start with. Any ball park cost for that size?
12- How bad are the storms in the hurricane season? Do we need to leave for storms?
Enough questions to start with, apricate any information.
Thanks,
George
