Hi: I'm hoping to retire in Placencia starting Feb. 1, 2021. I'm looking for a 1 bed place in or near the town for myself and my dog, Yellow Lab. At least a one year lease.
Would like rent to be $550-$600 per month, if possible. I would like ac and a full sized fridge.
