Finding work in Brazil

If anyone had any advice for me I'd really appreciate it, even more so if it was news I could be optimistic about. However I have to say, so far the research I have done suggests that it will be really hard for me to find a good job in Brazil.

I am a 29 year old English citizen that has been a resident of Geneva, Switzerland for the past 14 months. This has only been a temporary location for me as my dream is to move to brazil.

I have been learning Portuguese for over 1 year now but realise that I will learn much faster when living in Brazil and therefore my best career hopes in Brazil are to find work for a multi national company where English is the business language of choice.

Whilst I have not yet started to pro-actively look for work, I have heard that I may be fighting a losing battle and that it is near impossible for me to move to brazil without taking a step back career wise. However I won't give up and would appreciate any advice you have.

I am a qualified project manager with an MBA, and even undertook my MBA dissertation in PUC Minas in BH as I thought that may look good on my cv later. I will start looking for work following the completion of a highly regarded professional qualification next month. In advance of my search, does anyone have any recommendations?

Kind Regards
Adam
