Pensioner's Visa

After much searching, it appears that sometime in the last 2 years the minimum monthly pension an expat wannabe needs to show to be approved for a Pensioner's visa changed from 10x the Colombian minimum wage to 3x the minimum wage.
Also, as each website I visited shows a different amount for how much the minimum wage currently is, all of them were under the equivalent of $300 USD per month. So showing a minimum monthly pension of $900 should be a safe amount to qualify for the pensioners visa.

If someone can confirm that, I would appreciate it.
