how is the way of life Cali, Colombia?

Hi, I'm planning to go to Cali for a month for vacation. I am staying in my girlfriend's mother house. Me and my girlfriend never been there she lived all her life in the U.S. I'm planning to marry her civil wedding but is a surprise for her I was wondering if clothes are expensive also are this things expensive too? restaurant, movies, clubs, food at a super market, taxis, buses. What can we do with $2,500? If I need more let me know please.
